RESPONSIBILITY:<\/h2>

Handle technical inquiries and complaints through the internal ticketing
\nTroubleshooting and escalation system to the next level of support
\nParticipate in company’s local operations activities
\nWork with documentation<\/p>

REQUIREMENT:<\/h2>

Computer literacy
\nProblem solving abilities, attention to details
\nBasic knowledge of Linux \/ Windows \/ Networking
\nExperience in server installation \/ setup \/ maintenance
\nExperience in technical support \/ troubleshooting \/ documenting
\nAbility to work independently \/ cooperate with the team
\nAbility to work under pressure \/ multitask
\nFluent English<\/p>

\nValid work permit is a must.
\nTrial period – 6 months.<\/p>
